Welcome to our website. There’s a lot of history to our school - the school site is on the land of the old Irish jail and famous Rhiwlas Whisky Factory. We have a statue of Neil Dalrymple and the children’s work outside of the school showing the whole history of the area. Many children come from different areas to the school - Llidiardau, Rhyduchaf, Maesywaen, Parc, Bala, Frongoch, Cwmtirmynach and Llangwm. Currently, there are 59 children in the school and we have 2 classes named Arenig Fawr and Arenig Fach. We do a lot of different activities throughout the year including sports - rugby, football, rounders, cricket, netball, swimming and athletics. We have different clubs before and after school - Breakfast Club, Cooking Club, Computer Club and we have been receiving Spanish lessons too! We compete every year at the Eisteddfod yr Urdd aswell as having Thanksgiving and Christmas concerts for the local area. School Council • Privacy Notice 2019
